Asparagus season has started

Light, tasty, and a great choice for a spring menu. At this time of year, nature gives us one of the most valuable seasonal foods: asparagus that fits easily into the principles of the Fitometabolic method and everyday meals.

We like foods that are simple, nutritionally rich, and easy to use in real life. Asparagus is exactly that kind of choice: naturally light, easy to combine with protein and vegetables, and helpful for building a meal that does not feel heavy but still keeps you full.

Here are three simple ideas recommended by our Bruna, so you can add them to your spring rhythm without overcomplicating things.
